ISO 9000 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management. The term "quality" refers to all those features of a product or service which are required by the customer. An organisation's "Quality Management" refers to an organisation's actions to ensure that its products or services satisfy its customers' quality requirements and complies with any regulations applicable to those products or services.

Llion Rowlands - Chairman and CEO
Llion Rowlands founded Eyes Abroad and is also a principle shareholder of THI UK. Llion has considerable international commercial business acumen and previously founded an IT distribution company turning over £300 million in the last trading year. Along with international property expertise and ownership, Llion drives the company to achieve and deliver developments of the utmost quality and integrity.
Carl Lewis – Group Development Director
Carl is a principle shareholder and Chief Executive of THI UK with over €1.6 billion of completed development across Europe and a current secured UK development pipeline of €180 million. Carl has worked within the property sector for 35 years and contributes a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of leisure, retail, commercial and residential developments.
Denis O’Neill – Construction Director
Denis Has worked with Carl for 15 years and has overseen the construction of the THI portfolio. Former Managing Director of Mowlem PLC, a major national contractor Denis has invaluable experience of working in Europe to deliver high profile developments. Denis joins the Eyes Abroad team to control the construction budget and form solid working relations with building contractors.
Peter Hodson – Development Consultant
Peter formerly headed the Real Estate department for Unilever BV. Peter has vast experience spanning 40 years in securing £multi-million deals and handling negotiations between developers and land owners. Peter will form and integral part of the team as a consultant supporting Carl and Denis on a day to day basis.
Garry Lewis – Development Manager
Garry is a qualified professional with over 10 years acquisition and development experience across Europe. Garry benefits from having worked for a number of years with the other development team members and assumes a specialist role advising on development feasibility and deliverability.
