Montenegro - Budva

BudvaBudva is 2,500 years old, making it one of the oldest settlements on the coast of the Adriatic sea.
Budva is classed as the metropolis of Montenegrin tourism thanks to a 21 km long with 17 beaches. The Old town lies on a small peninsula and represents a treasure chest of culture heritage with much of the architecture of Venetian origin. Crossed with narrow streets and squares are famous buildings, the Church Sv. Trojica, housing the tomb of the exquisite writer Stjepan Mitrov Ljubisa, the Churches of Sv. Ivan, Sv. Bogorodica and Sv. Sava.

Marina Budva is for sure one of the most beautiful Montenegrin marinas. It is situated on the forefront of the Montenegrin coast in Budva (42º16’ N, 18º 50’ E). The Marina is running on 55000m2 from which 4000m2 is on a dry land and has 528 berths in the sea on its disposal. Future development of the Marina is planned with an investment in excess of €500m which will see the construction of two attached luxurious marinas, one in the place of already existing one along the bulwarks of the Old town, and the other one on the island Sveti Nikola, which over the sea will be connected by an unusual walking path – pass way 600 meters long.

Tivat Airport is situated just 20 km away operating regular flights to Belgrade and Zurich with dozens of charter planes landing daily on Tivat airport during the summer season. Podgorica Airport is 65 km away providing regular flights to major European destinations throughout the year.
