Our largest UK mixed-use scheme to date, Eyes Abroad are delighted to introduce a state of the art family leisure and retail destination combined with a specialised Business Park which will be the first of its kind within Wales. Set for construction spring 2008 this development will realise a value in excess of €180million and see the creation of over 2,500 jobs supporting and strengthening the local community and economy.
Particular consideration has been paid to the environmental impact of the development. Using the latest environmentally sound construction methods the scheme is set to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ - the highest environmental rating for building within the UK.
